Oh yum! Chocolate and peanut butter! Two of my favorite food groups ;) Thank you for the recipe.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Kathy. I hope you enjoy it. :)
DeleteYum and then try not to eat the whole box.
ReplyDeleteLOL, so true, Kim, so true.
DeleteThat sounds wonderful! I agree on the cocoa! I have to make my late MIL fudge every year for my Hubby. It is the nerve wracking boil to soft ball stage and beat until just the right second or it will set up in the pan or pour it too soon and it never sets up. I kind of dread it every year!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Lana. I would dread that kind of recipe too. My grandmother always made divinity, but I don't have the patience for it, unfortunately.
DeleteI can do divinity but you need a helper to pull it off. He by pours the hot syrup while I beat the egg whites.
DeleteHow neat, Lana. It must be delicious!
DeleteThis one I could make. Might just check out supplies and make a batch for Christmas.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
I like that it’s just simple ingredients, Jackie. And it tastes good too. 😉
DeleteSounds like a great recipe as it doesn’t require cooking to a specific candy temperature. I can bake about anything but have never been too successful with most candy attempts
ReplyDeleteI hope you make and enjoy it, Rhonda. I’m not a fan of specific candy recipes you have to bring up to temperature. I don’t have the patience.
DeleteHi, this is Chris who comments on Sluggy’s blog sometimes. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. It looks easy to make with basic ingredients. I think I might try this over the holiday and see how we like it.
ReplyDeleteHi Chris! It’s so great to see you here! We love Sluggy. 💕 You’re welcome for the recipe. I hope you try it and like it and come back to tell us. Merry Christmas to you and yours. 🤶 🎄
DeleteThat looks really nice and easier than the boiling method. Might give it a go at some point, thanks very much. xx
ReplyDeleteYou’re welcome, Joy.
DeleteYum! I am making peanut butter fudge to take to Son3's house in Nashville this weekend!
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious, Anne.
