I'm going to borrow a page from Anne's book over at Cooking and All That Jazz, and post a Christmas song today.
What better way to start than Brenda Lee's, Rockin Around the Christmas Tree?
I hope you enjoy this!

She sang it on the Grand Ole Opry Christmas special a few nights ago. We really enjoyed that two hours of music.
ReplyDeleteOh, how neat, Lana. I would have enjoyed that too.
DeleteThis makes me want to get up and dance while I finish the Christmas decorations.
ReplyDeleteDitto here too, Anne.
DeleteSpecial. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome, Cheryl.
DeleteShe was only 14 when she sang this song. Hard to believe such a mature voice came out of the small body.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Right?! That is so young to come up with such a hit record.
DeleteWhat a wonderful song. I know some people disapprove of Christmas songs that are not religious. I love it and the sentiment.
ReplyDeleteYes, it is a wonderful song and sentiment. :)
DeleteLove it! Great song
ReplyDeleteI love it too, Vickie. It always reminds me of the movie, Home Alone.
