Chicken Tenders

Chicken Tenders

1 pound chicken
½ cup buttermilk
1 large egg
½ teaspoon seasoned salt
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 & ½ cups flour

Heat deep fryer to 350 degrees
Mix egg and buttermilk in a bowl.
Soak chicken in buttermilk mixture for at least 30 minutes. (overnight too)
In another bowl, add flour and dry seasonings together. 
Take chicken out of the buttermilk mixture and dredge in the flour mixture. 
Drop into a deep fryer for 5 minutes in small batches. 
Drain on paper towels.
