Same with me Belinda, though I have a decaf going...spending the day catching up with my blogger friends! ♥
ReplyDeleteAlways a good way to spend time. :)
DeleteI guess what I have done all along is "self care." I learned, when I was teaching nights, to be very careful about how and with whom I spent my spare time, otherwise, others will take your time for granted. I need a lot of quiet, unstructured time in order to function at my best.
ReplyDeleteThat is so great that you recognize that about yourself, Meg. I like to go ahead and get ready for my day and then allow myself time to relax before starting my day. I would give myself 30 minutes or so to desires and just relax before heading out the door. It’s a good way to practice self care.
ReplyDeleteGOOD FOR YOU! WE ALL NEED TO RELAX
ReplyDeleteThank you, Cheryl. We sure do need to relax every now and then.
DeleteI fed my soul by attending Mass today, and then once home doing my daily reflection.
ReplyDeleteOther than that I haven't left the house, and just enjoyed working on various projects.
God bless.
Oh, I love that you went to Mass to feed your soul, Jackie. I hope you had a blessed Sunday.
DeleteA bit of ice cream helps, and a good book.
ReplyDeleteOh definitely on the ice cream, Linda. And I love a good book. :)
DeleteHope you had a relaxing day!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kathy. I hope you did too.
