Poppy Seed Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1/2 to 3 pounds cooked chicken
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 3 Tablespoons poppy seeds
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 stick butter
Directions:
- Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces.
- Mix chicken, sour cream and undiluted soup.
- Place in a greased casserole dish.
- Melt butter in pan and mix with crackers & poppy seeds.
- Spread over chicken.
- Bake for 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
