DeleteGreat addition to summer meal rotation and different than the usual pasta salad. I agree the black olives would be a perfect addition. I am always looking for more variety with lunches.

DeleteDo you have a double boiler or 2 pots to improvise as a double boiler?
ReplyDeleteWhile cooking something else in a pot, I lay a plate or pot lid upside down to heat all sorts of foods. Might work for you.
No double boiler here, but I did put a glass bowl of butter to melt in with something else I was cooking the other day. It worked great. :)
