Menu Plan Monday

Good Monday morning!

In no particular order these are the meals I’m planning on making this week.

Sticky Pineapple Chicken, Basmati Rice, Broccoli
Salmon Patties, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans & Onions
Tacos, Cheddar Cheese, Tortillas, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions
Fajita Baked Chicken, Corn, Salads
Homemade Chili, Corn Chips, Shredded Cheese
Chili Tacos
Bailey's Big Mac Pizza

We already have all of the ingredients on hand to make these meals. What’s on the menu in your home this week?

  1. I already went off plan a bit yesterday, but I used up odds and ends. Pasta fagiole soup, curry, and mushroom stroganoff for sure. I'll send all back with my daughter to school.

  3. I think I might make some home made chili in the next couple of weeks. Have to see if I can dig out some burger. Do I have any burger....?

  4. My plan is to use up some more turkey, turkey stock, and the remains of the roast beef. I will be filling in with pork chops, fish fillets, and a pork roast on Sunday.

    Your menu sounds very good.

    God bless.

My plan is to use what's in fridge and freezer and only buy fresh stuff and a bit of dairy.
