Worked at school today while it was pouring down rain outside. School is on a two hour delay tomorrow due to possible flooding, so there is a chance I won't be working. Time will tell. Dinner today was leftovers from the previous week. I fried some ham slices in a skillet on the stove, warmed up some leftover mashed potatoes with sour cream and cheddar cheese, and heated up some leftover broccoli and corn as side dishes. Plenty of pie leftover for anyone who wants pie. I love having enough leftovers in the refrigerator to not have to cook dinner. Makes cleanup easy as well. What's for dinner at your house tonight?
