Dinner tonight is simple...Cheeseburgers with all the trimmings, tator tots, and a creamy dill cucumber salad. I grilled the hamburgers on the George Foreman grill. The Cucumber salad was a recipe from the Wall Street Journal.

“Use it up, wear it out, make it do, do without”
Looks good, especially the cucumber salad. Tonight, I have a London broil steak marinating in some homemade marinade. I had planned baked potatoes but they are looking old, so homefries it'll be instead. Steamed Summer squash and salad will round out the meal.

DeleteYum! Rainy and overcast here so we put on vegetable soup in the crockpot. Nothing fancy -- a few cans of this and that, a few leftovers from frig and some seasonings. We're having cheese quesadillas with it.
