Lunch: Pasta Salad
Lunch today is a homemade pasta salad using up ingredients from the refrigerator. I used a box of rotini spiral pasta bought on clearance for 50 cents, black olives from the big can from Sam's club, garlic and onion, Parmesan cheese, marked down red pepper and cucumber, the last of the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni left from the pizza I made last week, the last little bit of balsamic and red wine vinegars, and some olive oil.
