Same end-of-month creativity here. I have been on a mission to use up items in the freezer, pantry, and frig. this month, and I am happy to report that I am quite under my grocery budget as a result. I am having salmon patties tonight, and I plan a pasta/meat sauce meal (sauce in freezer), a couple of soup meals (also out of freezer), chicken once or twice , and either hamburgers or hamburger steak. Thank, Belinda, for this blog and the work you put into it.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Frances. You are so sweet. 💕 We've been on a similar mission to use up what we have in our freezer, and that has been going well. Your menu sounds delicious and similar to what we serve here. 😊
DeleteNo idea what is on the menu, but I plan on using a lot of my freezer inventory.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great plan to me, Anne.
DeleteTrying to use up as much as possible in the fridge freezer. I really need to learn to keep up with what is in there.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Sounds like a good plan, Jackie. We’ve been working on that too.
DeleteAll sorts - I have quite a lot to use up in the fridge. xx
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good plan, Joy.
