On Tuesday I had the first of two eye surgeries. This one went well with no complications. I am amazed at how much brighter everything is and that I can see far away now.
The surgery has messed with my reading,visi9m though, so the doctor is thinking I will need to have readers to be able to see to read. So, until I get that worked on it will be hard to read blogs and comment because it is like having double vision right now only when trying to read though.
My surgery for the other eye is in two weeks. I just wanted to update you for now. If you see any types in this post please excuse them. LOL
I'm happy for you tha tit went well. I'll send good thoughts for the second surgery.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sam.
DeleteIt is amazing how things look after surgery. Good luck on the second surgery.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Linda.
DeleteGlad it went well. I still need to do that. I see a lot of ghost rings around things.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Cheryl. I am amazed at the difference.
DeleteThanks for the update! You have been in my thoughts.
ReplyDeleteSo glad the surgery went well, and I'm sure the double vision will clear soon too. Hope the second surgery goes well too. I'm sure you will be glad to have it over and see better.
Thank you, Kathy. Yes, I will be so happy to have the second eye done. I won’t have to wait as long for the second one as long as I did the first one thankfully.
DeleteGood to hear it went well.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much, Lisa. :)
DeleteGreat news that your surgery went well. Hope you are back to being able to comfortably read soon!

ReplyDeleteI too have double vision after working on the computer for too long. :)
Thank you so much, Nil. I hope you are doing well.
DeleteYes you will need readers for the rest of your life but the cloud will be gone!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Kim. That is what the dr said about the readers, but I can handle that. I love being able to see again.
DeleteSo glad that all went well with your surgery. I used readers for a number of years, and then had to transition to glasses.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Thank you, Jackie. That is interesting about transitioning from readers to glasses. It amazes me what they can do to fix eyesight these days.
DeleteWishing you the best! Arlene
ReplyDeleteThank you, Arlene.
DeleteGood luck with the second operation. xx
