My goodness what a deal on the buns. Good catch on the hams!! I have never seen those meat deals here 5/14.99. That would be great.
ReplyDeleteSorry your check got shorted again. Hope they take of it quickly.
Have a good one.
Thank you, Cheryl. Those 5/14.99 meat sale days are crazy at the store. LOL
DeleteI can imagine how frustrating the short paychecks have been-happens regularly to my husband when s deal is missed. Sure it gets corrected, but that doesn't help the week the funds aren't there. We had a frugal, quiet movie night last night. It was peaceful.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sam. Yes, they are frustrating as I have to wait another month before I get paid. Your movie night sounds nice. I love nights like that.
DeleteShorted paychecks are the worst and it seems to run in streaks.I would love to find a good deal on a couple of hams (not my children)
ReplyDeleteThey are the worst, aren't they?
DeleteI'm sorry to hear about another incorrect paycheck, Belinda. I hope HR people will find out why it happened and fix it soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Nil.
DeleteSorry that they messed up your check again. That has to be very annoying. I hope it gets straightened out soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Marybeth.
DeleteA regional chain here called Boyer's has those meat deals-usuallu a reg. meat deal as well as a deli/lunch meat one. Redner's use to to them too put they don't have a store near us anymore.
ReplyDeleteA got a local newspaper while traveling through TN and it had a Food City ad in it and I thought of you! lol
Awwww...how sweet, Sluggy.
DeleteI think that deal is 5/$19.99 at stores around here, not a good deal.
ReplyDeleteThat is the normal price here too, which I don't purchase. But when it goes on sale fro $14.99 I try and go then.
DeleteThanks. I usually don't even look at them. Now, i will try to find them at the lower price.
DeleteSounds good, I hope you find some. :)
DeleteIt's always nice to hear from you. I'm taking vacation time this week to paint my kitchen. Really, it's a lot more relaxing to be at home than to go on a trip for my vacation.
ReplyDeleteThat sounds nice and relaxing. I like to stay home too.
DeleteOne time I received a paycheck from the school for triple my paycheck...I reported it but it was sad..ha ha!
ReplyDeleteI looked at searching...that does sound like a great movie!
Have a great Week Belinda!
Thank you, Vickie. Wow on the triple paycheck! That would make me sad too. LOL
DeleteI hope you have a great week too.
So sorry about the short check. It does not help with the budget planning!
ReplyDeleteGreat news about the tire being repairable instead of having to buy a new one.
Thank you, Anne. I was so, so happy about the tire not needing to be replaced.
DeleteYou've been a busy and blessed bee this week!
ReplyDeleteBlessings from Harvest Lane Cottage,
Laura
Thank you, Laura.
