Blog Business

Listed to the right of my blog are three side bars labeled,  Blogs I Read, which are blogs I read regularly.  I know that some of you follow these blogs I read, so I wanted to mention a couple of things about them.

If you are interested in the article listed, be sure to click on the title of the post, which is listed directly under the title of the blog.

However, if you want to read the latest blog article, I would be sure to click on the title of the blog. For some reason, Blogger does not allow some blogs to show up as current on these sidebars.

For example, My Frugal Home, is a great blog right here in Tennessee and it is updated regularly, but if you look at it on my side bar, it shows that it has not been updated in a long time, which is not true. The same thing can be said for Debt Free, Cashed Up & Laughing.

Some of them have truly not been updated in a long time such as Low Cost Living and Down the Frugal Lane. I plan on keeping both blogs here simply because they both contain such good frugal information.

Anyway, I just wanted to mention this in case anyone was wondering why that was happening. There is a slew of great information out there and the blogs I have listed here are some of my favorite ones. I hope you enjoy them as well.

  1. I do the same on my blog. That way I can keep up with the ones I like. I always feel sorry when I find a great blog, but can’t become a follower too.

    1. Yes, I keep this list on my blog for that very reason. So I can keep up with the ones I like. It's an added bonus for my readers. :) So nice to have you come and visit.

    2. I took a peek at your blog and liked what I saw, so I added your blog to my list. I'm looking forward to reading it. :)

  2. I hate it when I wait for a blog to update on my sidebar and then discover blogger is just not updating and the person has been blogging away for days.

    1. Same here, Linda. I wish it would do a better job of that with some of these blogs.
