We are in Use It Up mode here at the Frugal Workshop. I took the leftovers from Christmas dinner, the beef roast, potatoes, carrots, and corn, along with a can of beef gravy I had in the pantry and turned it into Beef Stew for dinner tonight.
What's for dinner at your house tonight?

We are having salmon patties- way too many not being eaten in the pantry and leftover lettuce salad. Maybe fries or a baked potato as well.
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious. We like salmon patties here too, and a baked potato is one of my favorites. I can just eat that for dinner and be satisfied. :)
DeleteYummy! looks great. I have dinner for one here tonight-all leftovers. Works for me!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Carol. Leftovers works for me too. Think of all the money you are saving to put towards that new house. :)
DeleteThat dinner looks very tasty. I make something similar with neck of lamb or minced (ground) turkey or pork.

Thank you, Carol. I've never had lamb as it is not available in the grocery stores here. Maybe someday it will be, I would like to try it. :)
