Menu Plan Monday

We are at the nearing the end of the month, which is usually the time I get creative with meals around here. This week we have the following dinners on the menu: salmon patties, baked fish, baked chicken, chicken fajitas, ham and soup beans, chicken pot pie, and quiche or breakfast for dinner.

Come back on Friday to see what was served with each meal.

What is on the menu in your home this week?

  1. Same end-of-month creativity here. I have been on a mission to use up items in the freezer, pantry, and frig. this month, and I am happy to report that I am quite under my grocery budget as a result. I am having salmon patties tonight, and I plan a pasta/meat sauce meal (sauce in freezer), a couple of soup meals (also out of freezer), chicken once or twice , and either hamburgers or hamburger steak. Thank, Belinda, for this blog and the work you put into it.

    1. Thank you, Frances. You are so sweet. 💕 We've been on a similar mission to use up what we have in our freezer, and that has been going well. Your menu sounds delicious and similar to what we serve here. 😊

  2. No idea what is on the menu, but I plan on using a lot of my freezer inventory.

  3. Trying to use up as much as possible in the fridge freezer. I really need to learn to keep up with what is in there.

    God bless.
