When my milk gets to the sell by date - or if it is about to start tasting off, I freeze in cubes. Those are great to throw in smoothies, soups, any recipes or even in coffee or hot chocolate. Keeps from any waste.
ReplyDeleteI always keep my milk on the bottom shelf at the back - seems to be the coldest place.
That is a great tip, Cheryl. Thank you.
DeleteI, too, keep milk on the bottom on the hinge side. I make chocolate milk if it starts to go sour. Cooking with it works, too, like biscuits. okay, a calendar is on its way to me.
