Sounds like this would be a wonderfully filling winter soup. Now if I can just find some dried yellow peas. They seem to be missing from store shelves here.

DeleteMy dad loved yellow split peas as that is what they grew in Sweden. We only get the green ones here but they are free so hey I am all in.
