Since I have been sick, I've been making pastina or orzo soup which is just chicken broth, orzo, parmesan and egg, sort of an italian chicken soup. :)

    1. You’re welcome, Kathy. Your orzo soup sounds delicious. The Chinese restaurant here serves a very simple chicken broth with a mushroom thrown in, I don’t know what the flavor is, but it is so good.
