Menu Plan Monday


Good morning! Here is a list of meals that we will be having this week. Come back on Friday to read about the side dishes I served with each meal. Until then, I hope you have a wonderful week.

  1. We just ate down a few things from the fridge and freezer once hoe yesterday, but I had to cook up a pound of ground beef that was thawed. It might be goulash or tacos-not sure yet. We need some odds and ends groceries so haven't really meal thought beyond this for the week, but it will be simple as we both juggle a lot at work and home. I think we'll do a soup and sandwich night, I have the last of a whole chicken to make into broth today and soup.

    1. That sounds good, Sam. We are getting towards the end of our monthly shop, so I need to cook even more from scratch than usual. But it all works out in the end. :)

  3. I wonder if I can get Harvey to eat Beanie Weenies........Perhaps I will give that a try next week on Hot Dog night.

    1. We really like them here and they are a money saving meal especially if you cook the beans from dried beans.
