  1. Sounds delicious! I'm making a broccoli cheddar quiche with a side fresh fruit for tonight, there will be plenty leftover for tomorrow too. I haven't planned beyond that for this week with the storm approaching. I'll see if we have electricity or not once it rolls through and take it from there. Have a great week! :)

    1. Thank you, Anne. We really like meatloaf here. I’m making extra to send to my Mom for her birthday.

  7. Sounds delicious! We had burgers, hot dogs, potato salad & baked beans on the 4th. Yum. We skipped dinner the next night (late lunch, and road tripping). Last night we went out, tonight is steak & salad. For the rest of the week, salmon (M) & chicken sausage (me), grilled chicken caesar salads, and maybe Thai food

  8. Your menu sounds delicious Belinda!! I haven't much felt like cooking this week, because it's so hot & humid. I'm gonna make homemade chicken patties later and just add different salads to those. We'll eat that for 2 nights.

    1. Thank you, Ms. Goose. Your chicken patties sound good, and salads are very refreshing when it’s hot and humid.
