Tuesday Night Dinner ~ Chicken Stir Fry
Today was our first full day back to school/work and I received a call at 5:25 a.m. asking me to sub, so I worked all day today. After having the last ten days off for Spring Break, I am very tired tonight.
We ate breakfast at home, I brought my lunch to school and once school was out, we came home and I made dinner. Chicken Stir Fry over Rice.
The dishes are all washed up and I am finally relaxing. I did not spend any money yesterday or today and that is a good feeling.
What's for dinner at your house?

Hi Belinda,
ReplyDeleteYour chicken stir fry sounds delicious!
We're having chicken curry over rice, with sweet potato fries and some bread (there's not much of the curry and rice, so having to stretch it all with the sweet potatoes and bread).
I can imagine getting back into the routine is a bit tiring. I always have a hard time getting through that first day back.
Good job on not spending anything!
Thank you, Lili. :)
ReplyDeleteYour dinner sounds delicious. I have a new recipe for sweet potatoes in the crock pot with applesauce that I want to try soon. They are so good for you.
Yes, the first day back is the hardest it seems like. The students were pretty good though, so that is always a good thing. :)
Hope you have a great day. :)
I just had pasta last night! Quick and easy. That looks yummy!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Pamela. :)

ReplyDeleteI always find that even though we homeschool that first day after break seems tiresome.
Thank you, Shara. I agree. :)
