Dinners this Past Week

This is what we've had for dinner this past week at the Frugal Workshop. Once again dinner was cooked at home every night this week saving a lot of money over eating out in a restaurant or fast food.

(I made two of these and had enough left over for breakfasts all week long)

    That chicken salad looks refreshing for a warm evening!

    We've been eating from my stash of freezer meals that I made 2 weeks ago. Cooking and freezing in bulk made the transition back to work and school so much easier.

      I love Grilled chicken salad because it is so refreshing. And that cantaloupe was so sweet it tasted like candy. lol

      Glad your freezer stash is helping you out. I know mine has helped me out more than once. They are a big help when we are back at work and school!
