Sunday Dinner

Dinner tonight is simple...Cheeseburgers with all the trimmings, tator tots, and a creamy dill cucumber salad. I grilled the hamburgers on the George Foreman grill. The Cucumber salad was a recipe from the Wall Street Journal.

You can find it here:

I found the recipe through a link that a friend of mine posted. The website lists newspaper food sections and columns by days of the week. The Food section is one of my favorite sections of the newspaper. Here is a link if you are interested:

What's for dinner at your house today?

  1. Looks good, especially the cucumber salad. Tonight, I have a London broil steak marinating in some homemade marinade. I had planned baked potatoes but they are looking old, so homefries it'll be instead. Steamed Summer squash and salad will round out the meal.

  2. Yum! Rainy and overcast here so we put on vegetable soup in the crockpot. Nothing fancy -- a few cans of this and that, a few leftovers from frig and some seasonings. We're having cheese quesadillas with it.
