Thanks, Belinda. We're eating alot of salads this week, thanks to our CSA. That as well as home canning has me using alot of vinegar lately. Just opened a crash and burn, small bottle of red wine, store brand vinegar this morning, when I went to make some vinaigrette, and needed more than what the already opened bottle contained. I only paid 80 cents as the lable was coming off. No problem, that means pennies in my pocket.
