Aldi ~ Pineapples

Aldis has pineapples on sale this week for 99 cents, which is a great deal. I picked up two of them today while I was out and about shopping.

    WOW! Unheard of price. I am expecting 2 in my upcoming Angel Food produce boxes this upcoming weekend, a nice treat. An idea would be to cut these up and freeze them. I see fzn pineapple sometimes at the stores. My Angel food deliveries also coincide with my once a month stop at Aldi's which is some distance from my home.

    I was tickled to see them for 99 cents. They also had cantaloupes for that price, but I didn't pick any of those up. I went in for the 58 cents per pound ham, but they were sold out unfortunately. He said he might get some more in tomorrow. I hope so, the sale goes off by Wednesday.
